Booking
DreamWorks Shrek's Adventure! London allows you to book with our confidence guarantee. The ticket allows you the opportunity to book your ticket with the ease of knowing you can change it if anything interrupts your plans - you don't have to worry about missing the magic!
Your ticket is protected in the event of:
- The attraction you have booked is closed
- UK Government restrictions on travel
- You are unable to travel due to sickness and/or isolation
With the booking portal you are able to change your booking dates - details for the booking portal can be found on your e-ticket. With the booking guarantee you able able to change an attraction ticket up to 5 time including up to 24 hours before your arrival time.

Directions and Parking
When planning one of the best family activities in London it's important to consider directions and parking.
Shrek's Adventure! London is located on the South bank of the river Thames, within the County Hall building. The attraction is right next to the London Eye across from Westminster bridge where Big Ben and the London Eye are located.
There is a variety of ways to get to Shrek's Adventure! London, but public transport is recommended.
Waterloo station is the nearest train station and tube station to Shrek's Adventure! London. From Waterloo follow the exit signs for the South Bank and walk towards the London Eye. Shrek's Adventure! London is in County Hall, next to the London Eye.

For a limited time, heroes can step up to the challenge to see if they will be crowned the next King monarch of Far Far Away!
While on your royal visit, young heroes can test their strength to try and remove the sword from the stone! Once guests have tested their strength they can step up to the throne and be crowned the next Monarch of Far Far Away!

Do you have baby-changing facilities?
Yes, we do have baby changing facilities which are located after our admissions area but before you start your experience.
Can I bring my buggy into Shrek's Adventure! London?
Buggies are not permitted onto the tour at Shrek's Adventure London.
There is a buggy park provided on the first floor of Shrek’s Adventure before your tour begins.
In the interests of all guests health and safety, you will need to leave buggies and push chairs in the buggy park and not take them through the tour as some of the areas of Far Far Away can be narrow and we don’t want anybody getting stuck in the Spooky Forest or down the Village Streets.
Is there a gift shop?
You can visit the DreamWorks Tour's: Shrek's Adventure! London gift shop either before of after you enter the attraction. The gift shop is located at the end of the tour.
Even if you do not want to visit Shrek and Donkey. you can still visit the gift shop. You do not need to purchase an entrance ticket.
Can I access Wi-Fi within Shrek's Adventure! London?
Unfortunately Shrek's Adventure! London does not have Wi-Fi.

Helpful information for disabled guests and guests with special requirements
We want all our guests to have a Shrek-tastic time at our attraction, and that means ensuring Shrek's Adventure! London is accessible for all.
Majority of the facilities at Shrek's Adventure! London are accessible for all. Unfortunately however, the magic bus ride may not be accessible for all guests.
We also advise that all wheelchair users book a wheelchair reservation before they visit the attraction.
Wheelchair users
All wheelchair users are advised to pre-book a wheelchair timeslot accompanied with an attraction ticket. However, if you are not able to book a wheelchair timeslot and an attraction ticket at the same time, then we encourage guests to visit at the time of their wheelchair slot.
- We admit 1 wheelchair user per hour, at each quarter past the hour.
- We currently do not have wheelchairs available for hire.
- Wheelchairs must not be over the width of 27 inches wide and must be able to navigate tight angles and uneven flooring.
- Unfortunately we are unable to admit mobility scooters.

Cruise through the Thames on the River Cruise London
Set sail on your destination along one of London's top rated boat tours - the River Cruise London! This wonderful tour lasts roughly 40 minutes and here you will experience lots of fun sights around the River Thames where you can see, Big Ben, the London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral and many other beautiful architectural sites!
The cruise is a circular tour therefore it doesn't stop at other pieces during the excursion.
