Shrek's Adventure has full Wi-Fi access 

The toilets are located on the first floor before the start of the tour.  We suggest you use them before your tour starts so you don’t have to miss anything later on.

There will be opportunity to have your photograph taken before your tour starts so practise your ogre sized smiles and saying ‘snot-balls’ for the camera

If you require first-aid assistance during your visit please approach a member of staff. We are located 5 minutes from St. Thomas’ hospital A&E department.

Shrek's Adventure! London gift shop is located at the attraction, selling souvenirs and mementos of your experience. Look out for our customer feedback survey point too!

The closest cashpoints to the London Eye are on Chicheley Street (by the Slug and Lettuce entrance) and in St. Thomas’ Hospital.

There is a Bureau De Change located in London Waterloo station. There is also a MONEY CORP ATM which accepts international cards and dispenses in foreign/domestic currency. This is located by the taxi rank.

There are two public phones in the area one at the bottom of the London Eye landscape and the other at the entry to the Marriott County Hall hotel.

There is a taxi rank located at the end of the London Eye landscape, taxis will also bank here to take you onto your next journey.

You can navigate to and from Shrek's Adventure! London by river. There are a number of services which stop off at London Eye Pier, meaning you can travel here from the O2 or Millbank, Bankside, Embankment, Blackfriars, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Hilton Docklands, Masthouse Terrace, Greenwich, Royal Arsenal Wollwich, St. Katherine's or Westminster Piers.
